NGC and PMG will accept coins and paper money for grading at Comic Con Stuttgart on November 28–29, 2026. The show takes place at Messe Stuttgart in Germany. The news gives collectors a place to hand in items; it does not promise that their coins or notes will be graded at the show.

The October 30 announcement from NGC covers several collecting fields. CGC will handle comics and cards, while NGC and PMG will take numismatic submissions. Here is how to read that notice if you plan to bring coins or banknotes.

The show organizer also lists November 28–29 at Messe Stuttgart. Check its current visitor information before making travel plans. Admission to the show and a grading submission are separate things to arrange.

Coins and notes have their own submission steps

A submission means handing an item to a grading service for review. NGC grades coins; PMG grades paper money. Each service has its own forms, service tiers and packing rules. A tier is the level of service you choose, with limits based in part on the item's value.

The announcement's free CGC account instructions appear in its comics and cards section. Do not assume that a free account is all you need to submit coins or notes. The same notice says paid CGC members also have submission privileges with NGC and PMG.

For the coin route, read NGC's current European submission instructions. For notes, use PMG's submission instructions. These explain direct submission through paid membership and the option to work through an authorized dealer. Use the route and current forms that apply to your items.

What the notice does not settle

Accepting an item at a show is not the same as grading it on site. This notice does not give coin or banknote fees, a booth number, or a promised return date. It also does not say which facility will process those numismatic items.

Some of the announcement's detailed drop-off and processing information concerns CGC comics and cards. Keep those instructions with that service. They are not evidence of how a coin or banknote will be routed, priced or returned.

A useful check before you pack

  • List the coins or notes you intend to submit and keep clear photos for your own records.
  • Check the correct service's current form, value limits and packing instructions.
  • Confirm any show-specific intake details that remain unanswered before you travel.
  • Ask about the return process and total costs for your chosen route.

If cost is your main question, work it out before handing over an item. The grading fee is only part of the expense; shipping, insurance and any selling fees may also matter. Use current figures for your own situation rather than treating an example as an official quote.

The confirmed news is straightforward: Stuttgart offers a late-November intake opportunity for NGC coin and PMG banknote submissions. The next step is to match your items to the correct service's current requirements.
